The seven-year itch has TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter scratching for continued success and primed for a run at the top spot in professional wrestling.
“After seven years, we’ve come a long way. We’ve overcome some tremendous obstacles, but have a long way to go,” Carter said. “Until we are the biggest wrestling company in the world, we won’t be satisfied. And then with that comes another set of challenges, but I look forward to those challenges one day.”
TNA celebrated its seventh anniversary in June and now heads into the summer on a ratings roll with “TNA iMPACT!” (Thursdays, 9-11 p.m. ET) on Spike TV.
“We’ve set very high, very realistic goals along the way, and I don’t think there’s been one (goal) that we haven’t met or exceeded,” she said. “We have not been infused with hundreds of millions of dollars, nor had a parent company that is a network. We have fought hard for every bit of success we have attained. We’ve done it fan by fan, success by success. And that, to me, is what makes TNA special, because it truly is a company of the fans; they’ve been the ones who have allowed us to grow.”

After the 15 Superstar Trade done on Monday Night, the ECW roster was looking rather weak. That is until they used the following edition of ECW to introduce four new Superstars. Yoshitatsu, Abraham Washington, Sheamus, and Tyler Reks. Here’s a few details on their backgrounds in Professional Wrestling.

Yoshitatsu is Naofumi Yamamoto, who has worked for New Japan Pro Wrestling in the past. He’s been under a WWE developmental deal in September 2008, a signing that received attention from the Associated Press at the time, played up as WWE expanding its global horizons with the signing of a Japanese talent.
On the June 29, 2009 Raw it was announced that 15 superstars had been traded. Here is the complete list of who got traded to which show and which show they came from. In Alphabetical order.

Seems as if its the time of year where WWE starts trimming their rosters. I’ll be listing who gets the axe in this post, editing it as more names are released.

Mr. Kennedy (Ken Anderson)
Probably the most publicised release thus far. Anderson has not taken his release laying down making several blogs and videos commenting on the lables that have been placed on him that he’s injury prone and sloppy in the ring, these being the supposed reasons behind his release.

Umaga (Eddie Fatu)
News of his release broke less than 24 hours after losing to CM Punk in a Samoan Strap Match at Extreme Rules. It has been reported that he failed a drug test, which would have been his second Wellness Policy violation, and was released due to refusal to enter rehab to deal with his problems.
